Delete your account
Last updated 11 June 2026
This page explains how to delete your ACEX account. ACEX is operated by ACEX International Limited ("we", "us"). Deleting your account is permanent: it closes the account, removes your access on every device, and deletes the personal data we hold about you as set out below. It cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open ACEX and go to the You tab.
- Tap Advanced settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately: you are signed out everywhere, your sign-in email address or phone number is removed straight away, and you can no longer log in.
Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by email instead:
- Email privacy@acexos.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address you signed up with — or, if you signed in with a phone number, include that number — so we can verify the account is yours.
- We will confirm your request and delete the account. Nothing else is needed.
What is deleted
However you ask, we complete the deletion within 30 days of the request. We delete or anonymise:
- your sign-in details — email address or phone number (removed immediately) — and your name;
- everything you recorded or wrote in the app: check-in scores, voice notes and their transcripts, intensity ratings and written notes, and daily debriefs;
- your session history, streaks, reps, and saved sessions;
- your notification settings and device tokens.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records. If you had a subscription, we keep the records that tax and accounting law requires — such as invoices and transaction history — for up to 7 years. Card details are held by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
- A record of the deletion request itself, so we can show it was honoured.
- Data needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute, kept only as long as that purpose requires.
- Aggregated statistics that do not identify you, such as overall usage numbers.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise any other right over your data — such as requesting a copy or a correction — email privacy@acexos.com. There is more detail on how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.
